How to make iced coffee using French Press
BREW GUIDE Make Refreshing Iced Coffee with a French Press! Enjoy two brewing methods for a perfect iced coffee : Cold Brew Extraction: Preparation: Pour cold water over coarse ground coffee beans in a French press. Place in the fridge for around 12 hours or overnight. Tip: Use about double the amount of coffee* you would for hot coffee, as it's best served over ice which dilutes the coffee. Serving: After steeping, press the plunger and pour over ice. Enjoy! Hot Brew Over Ice: Preparation: Brew coffee in the French Press as usual, but use about double the amount of coffee for a stronger brew. Serving: Once brewed, immediately pour over ice. Enjoy! Cold brew coffee is smoother and less bitter than hot-brewed iced coffee, with lower acidity and a naturally sweeter taste. BREW GUIDE Cold Brew Extraction: Preparation: Place loose leaf tea in the Tea Infuser. Pour cold water over the tea leaves. Place in the fridge for around 8 hours or overnight. How to use your Pour Over
BREW GUIDE Step 1: Heat Your Water Bring water to just below boiling temperature (around 95°C), which is ideal for extracting the full flavor of the coffee without scalding it. Step 2: Prepare Your Coffee Place your steel filter in the pour-over brewer. Add one heaped tablespoon (approx. 15g) of medium-fine ground coffee for every 250ml of water. Step 3: Wet the Grounds Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to pre-wet them. This allows the coffee to 'bloom' and release gases, ensuring a smoother flavour. Wait 30 seconds before proceeding to the next step. Step 4: Brew Your Coffee and enjoy ! Pour the rest of the water slowly over the coffee in a circular motion, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Use the Measurement Markings to monitor the amount of coffee brewed and stop at the desired amount.

How to Use your French Press
BREW GUIDE Step 1: Heat water to just below boiling temperature ( Around - 95C) Step 2: Use the Coffee Spoon which is included to add the coarse ground coffee: 350 ml: 2-3 scoops (15-22g) 600 ml: 4-5 scoops (30-38g) 1000 ml: 6-7 scoops (45-52g) Step 3: Before pouring all the water, start by pouring a bit to wet the coffee grounds. Stir it and let it sit for 45 seconds before pouring the rest. This is called 'Blooming' and it helps release gases from the coffee, making it less bitter.350ml Size ~ 290ml 600ml size ~ 580ml 1000ml size ~ 870ml Step 4: Let it brew for 3-4 minutes, slowly press down the plunger to filter the coffee and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee!

How to use your moka pot
BREW GUIDE Fill the Bottom Chamber: Fill the bottom chamber with hot or boiling water up to the safety valve, and then insert the filter basket. The hot water in the bottom chamber helps maintain a consistent temperature throughout the brewing process. Add Ground Coffee: Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket, spreading it lightly and evenly to allow steam to pass through smoothly. Brewing on the Stovetop: Place the Moka pot on the stovetop with medium-high heat. Keep the lid open to monitor the brewing process. The espresso should flow evenly through the spout without sputtering. Completion of Brew : Once the brewing is complete, the spout in the top chamber may start to sputter. Remove the Moka pot from the heat and Pour the brewed coffee. Savor the delightful flavors!
