BREW GUIDE
Step 1:
For best results, heat water according to the tea. A higher temp. is better at extracting bold and robust flavours, while a lower temp. helps preserve subtle and nuanced flavours: Black Tea: 90-100C White Tea: 75-85C Green/Herbal/Oolong Tea: 85-95C
Step 2:
Add 1 Teaspoon (2-3g) of tea for every 200ml water.
Step 3:
Pour the water into the Tea Pot / Tea Mug and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4:
To stop the brewing, pour the tea from teapot, or remove the infuser and place on the lid for the tea mug.
