BREW GUIDE :

Fill the Bottom Chamber:

Fill the bottom chamber with hot or boiling water up to the safety valve, and then insert the filter basket.  The hot water in the bottom chamber helps maintain a consistent temperature throughout the brewing process.

Add Ground Coffee :

Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket, spreading it lightly and evenly to allow steam to pass through smoothly.

Brewing on the Stovetop:

Place the Moka pot on the stovetop with medium-high heat. Keep the lid open to monitor the brewing process. The espresso should flow evenly through the spout without sputtering.

Completion of Brew :

Once the brewing is complete, the spout in the top chamber may start to sputter. Remove the Moka pot from the heat and Pour the brewed coffee. Savor the delightful flavours!

How to Brew Delicious Coffee Using Pour over

Step 1: Heat Your Water  Bring water to just below boiling (around 95°C). This temperature ensures optimal flavour extraction without burning the coffee Step 2: Prepare Your Coffee  Place a steel filter in your pour-over brewer. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15g) of medium-fine ground coffee per 250ml of water. Step 3: Wet the Grounds (Blooming Process)  Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to pre-wet them. This step allows the coffee to bloom and release trapped gases for a smoother taste. Wait 30 seconds before continuing. Step 4: Brew Your Coffee & Enjoy!  Slowly pour the rest of the water in a circular motion, ensuring all grounds are fully saturated. Step 2: Measure Your Coffee Using the Coffee Spoon included with your French press, add coarsely ground coffee based on your desired serving size:☕ 350 ml: 2-3 scoops (15-22g)☕ 600 ml: 4-5 scoops (30-38g)☕ 1000 ml: 6-7 scoops (45-52g) Step 3: Bloom for Better Flavour Before adding all the water, pour a small amount over the coffee grounds, stir gently, and let it sit for 45 seconds.
