BREW GUIDE :

STEP 1 :  Set Up the Machine

Unbox the machine, wash all removable parts, attach the bean hopper, fill the water tank below the MAX line, and switch the machine on. Wait until the heating light stops blinking before use.


STEP 2 : Prepare for First Brew 

Run clean water through the machine 3–4 times without coffee and purge the steam wand for about 10 seconds to ensure everything is clean and ready.


STEP 3 : Grind & Prepare Coffee

Add fresh coffee beans, select your grind size, grind directly into the portafilter, then tamp the coffee evenly and lock the portafilter into the brew head.


STEP 4 : Brew Your Espresso

Place a cup beneath the portafilter and press the 1-Cup or 2-Cup button. The machine will stop automatically once brewing is complete. Adjust grind size, coffee quantity, and tamping pressure to suit your taste.

BREW GUIDEStep 1: Heat Your Water  Bring water to just below boiling (around 95°C). This temperature ensures optimal flavour extraction without burning the coffee Step 2: Prepare Your Coffee  Place a steel filter in your pour-over brewer. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15g) of medium-fine ground coffee per 250ml of water. Step 3: Wet the Grounds (Blooming Process)  Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to pre-wet them. This step allows the coffee to bloom and release trapped gases for a smoother taste. Wait 30 seconds before continuing. Step 4: Brew Your Coffee & Enjoy!  Slowly pour the rest of the water in a circular motion, ensuring all grounds are fully saturated.
